Abstract

|
In Korea, we are trying to detect infectious cases of tuberculosis by sputum examinations.
We are confronted with difficulty to carry out the matter, because many people don´t cooperate this problem.
On the other hand there are bad customs to spit sputum on the road in Koreans.
Therefore, authors have investigated the acceptability of people for sputum examination and management of sputum disposal through questionaires. i They found out that sixty eight percentage of people agree to test their sputum and about seventy percentage of people expectorate their sputum on the road.
